As an M&A tax specialist, I’m passionate about helping my clients to understand the tax consequences of M&A transactions, to efficiently structure their investments, and to find commercial solutions to complex tax issues. Being a successful M&A tax advisor is about ensuring that clients have a full appreciation for the potential risks in front of them, know exactly how to manage those risks, and understand just how tax can create value throughout – and beyond – the M&A lifecycle. Having been with Deloitte since 2013, including a three-year stint in our Chicago office, I have a wealth of corporate and international tax experience across a broad range of industries and markets, on which I draw to bring meaningful value to my clients every day.
