Leading change on major infrastructure projects is no small undertaking, but after working with asset owners, operators, developers and regulators on major projects and investment decisions across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, I’ve been able to influence real change for some major clients.

One major program I worked on at Queensland Treasury was Cross River Rail and broader rail system improvements. This work led me to my current focus on well-informed investment decisions, achieving value when implementing infrastructure projects and related governance and operations improvement.

My experience spans market processes, guiding, authoring and assessing feasibility and business cases, funding / investment decision advice, designing, establishing and governing development bodies, structuring, financing, and turn-around of projects, dispute resolution, valuations, ownership transfers, and policy and regulation.

This combination of skills allows me to help clients tackle big challenges and making better investments.
