Undertaking a transaction is the ‘white water’ phase of a management team’s work. Whilst there are common elements in every transaction, bringing my practical experience of industry or situational nuances to guide management through that turbulent journey is intensely satisfying to me. The process does not stop with completion as more value can be gained or lost with a successful integration or separation than elsewhere.
