Deloitte recognized among the Best Workplaces in Asia™ 2023

Earlier this year, Deloitte Middle East (DME) was proudly certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW) in the UAE and KSA and later announced in the Top 20 UAE and KSA Lists for Best Workplaces™ for 2023. These accolades along with those of other countries in our Deloitte network played a big role in Deloitte’s ranking as the 6th Best Workplaces in Asia™ 2023. This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of all Deloitte people who through their contribution and daily endeavours create a culture and environment that earned this recognition.

For the GPTW 2023 survey, Deloitte Middle East (DME) participated with both our UAE and KSA offices and successfully obtained certification as Great Place to Work® and recognition in the Top 20 Best Workplaces lists in both locations! These accolades, along with those of other countries in our Deloitte Asian Pacific network (Vietnam, Indonesia, China, India) have contributed to Deloitte’s placement on the Best Workplaces in Asia™ 2023 list, ranking at No. 6 in the multinational category.

This recognition is a testament to our continued commitment in providing an exceptional people-first culture, a high-trust environment, and a fair and equal workplace through our inclusive approach to fostering an environment of respect, diversity and wellbeing.

GLOW (Growth and Leadership Opportunities for Women)

GLOW seeks to mitigate systemic bias in the workplace, and promotes policies which engage, develop and support women within the Firm.
