Deloitte event explores strategies for working capital optimization and process bionics in Qatar

Doha, Qatar, 8 November, 2023 – The leading global provider of professional services, Deloitte, hosted prominent private sector leaders in Qatar yesterday at an insightful event titled “Working Capital & Process Mining”. The event took place at Intercontinental Hotel, Doha, and included a series of key notes and discussion panels that addressed some of the most pressing market challenges and explored future opportunities.

The agenda included engaging discussions on Qatar and regional working capital trends, optimizing the balance sheet, key drivers of working capital processes, and unlocking cash through data analytics and process bionics. The sessions covered experiences and data generated through surveys and research, presenting stakeholders with insights in areas they may be grappling with. 

This event is part of a series of Deloitte events that will continue to take place on a regular basis, where industry experts will cover topics such as the role of digitization in driving growth, the evolving regulatory landscape, cyber security risks, as well as aspects related to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG).
