Our passion for South Australia and retaining the exceptional talent we have here has been demonstrated in our establishment of The Academy by Deloitte.

The Academy has been designed in partnership with The University of Adelaide to integrate academic learning with practical application and experience in the workplace. Academy students develop skills they need to immediately perform at a high, professional level. Through The Academy’s paid internship program, student’s work directly with professionals inside Deloitte on a range of real client problems.

The establishment of The Academy is not only great for our clients and the students, but our state’s economy. By ensuring we retain Adelaide’s most brilliant minds, helps to guarantee that the future for Adelaide is bright.
