Daniel has 13 years of transfer pricing experience in Australia, Indonesia, and now regional projects in Singapore and the Philippines. He specializes in transfer pricing dispute management and advisory in the technology and digital business sectors. He has extensive experience in transfer pricing restructures, business model optimisation, and local country transfer pricing set-ups. His extensive industry experience includes technology, life sciences and fast-moving consumer goods.

Daniel serves as a Partner and Transfer Pricing Technical Advisor in the SEA transfer pricing team. He has an extensive portfolio of Philippines outbound and inbound companies. He also leads a portfolio of regional projects for the firm’s key transfer pricing accounts and has a leadership role in both the regional and local-country teams. He is also spearheading the firm’s global technology partnership initiatives and digital projects.
