Imelda Tapay-Lapres

Imelda is the Business Process Solutions Leader at Deloitte Philippines. She is also Deloitte Philippines' Country Risk Leader, Deputy Security Leader, Leader for Conduct and Ethics, Privacy and Confidentiality, and Anti-bribery and Corruption at Deloitte Philippines. She has over 28 years of experience in providing financial accounting, statutory accounting and reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting, tax compliance, payroll, valuation, financial due diligence and external audit services.

She has led engagements catering to both local and multinational clients from diverse industries such as the energy and resources, consumer products, telecommunications, financial services-real estate. Prior to joining Deloitte, Imelda had been an external auditor in another Big 4 accounting Firm, and a Controller in a group of Companies engaged in real estate.
