Matt is a Turnaround & Restructuring expert. He is Singapore based and Asia focused. He advises businesses, financiers and governments on some of their most complex challenges. He is a member of the Deloitte Global Turnaround & Restructuring Executive Committee. Matt led the debt restructuring, equity recapitalisation and operational turnaround of Maxpower which was awarded IFLR 2020 APAC Restructuring Deal of the Year. He was elected by his peers as President of the Turnaround Management Association (Southeast Asia Chapter) in 2021. Qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore, Australia), Lawyer (New South Wales) and Licensed IP (Singapore). Accredited to take board director and CRO appointments to drive complex balance sheet restructuring and / or operational turnaround assignments.
