Stephen Sieh

Stephen has extensive experience in a wide-range of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, and complex restructurings. He has advised on several notable transactions including the acquisition of Chrysler by Cerberus, the sale of Bright Horizons to Bain Capital, and the restructurings of General Motors and Parmalat. ​

​Prior to joining Deloitte, Stephen was the Founder and Managing Partner of Primeiro Partners, the leading independent investment bank in the Philippines, and was a Managing Director at Evercore Partners for five years and at Lazard for nine years. He has been providing investment banking advice to prominent companies in the world for over 25 years and has advised on over 80 engagements with transaction value totaling over US$130 billion.

Stephen received an MBA, with honors, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and earned his B.S. degree from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College. He has lectured at Harvard Business School and at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Currently based in the Philippines, Stephen has lived in Brazil and Taiwan and is fluent in Portuguese.
