Deloitte Legal advised Berlin Hyp AG ("Bank") in connection with refinancing of Centerus sp. z o.o. debt
Deloitte Legal advised Berlin Hyp AG ("Bank") in the process of refinancing of financial indebtedness of Centerus sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Adventum Group), the owner of an office building called Poznań Financial Center in Poznań, in the total amount of over EUR 22 MLN
The process included preparing and negotiating on behalf of the Bank, the finance documents related to refinancing of the financial indebtedness of Centerus sp. z o.o. The law firm also coordinated the preparation of additional documents related to the financing and the fulfilment of conditions precedent to the first utilization. Lawyers from the real estate team at Deloitte Legal advised the Bank on due diligence process, preparing the property report, and the advisors from Deloitte Tax prepared the tax memorandum required by the Bank as part of the terms and conditions to the financing.
