Deloitte Legal advised MCI during its acquisition of IAI S.A.

Deloitte Legal provided advisory support to MCI during the transaction involving the acquisition of 51% of the shares in IAI, a leading producer of e-commerce and e-travel software. The value of the transaction, including the compulsory buy-out of minority shares, will exceed PLN 160 million.
IAI specialises in providing SaaS support for Internet shops, hotels and boarding houses for e-booking purposes. The products it offers also maintain other business processes, from traffic generation all the way through to e-payment and returns, reporting, big data analysis, etc. As a result of the transaction the company will be delisted from NewConnect.
The scope of Deloitte’s services included comprehensive support for the buyer in the course of preparing and negotiating the documentation for the transaction.
