Adam is responsible for Disputes Services within the Forensic offering of Deloitte Central Europe. He focuses in providing dispute advisory and expert services across the full range of dispute proceedings, including litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international). In 2016-2017 he has worked in the Disputes and International Arbitration team at Deloitte’s Paris office. His experience include over 15 years of professional career in financial analysis, business valuation in a corporate environment as well as conducting audit, due diligence, valuation and strategic advisory engagements in Central and Eastern Europe, France, Middle East and Asia.
He has participated in many litigation and arbitration matters, of differing size and complexity, with amounts in dispute ranging from EUR 0.1 million to in excess of EUR 100 million, conducted under the auspices of various institutions (such as the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the London Court of Arbitration, the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw). His experience covers many different industry sectors including chemicals, construction, energy & resources, defence and aerospace, FMCG, hotel and leisure, manufacturing, retail, TMT.
Adam is an expert witness in financial analysis and business valuation enlisted at the Regional Court in Lodz, Poland. He is also a Polish chartered accountant (statutory auditor), holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in financial analysis and investment management and a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designation in risk management.
