Mariusz has more than 15 years’ experience in both consulting (Andersen/Deloitte Consulting) and revenue and pricing management at FMCG companies (L’Oreal, Grupa Żywiec, PepsiCo, Frito Lay). He holds the Executive MBA title awarded by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He also studied Management and Marketing, Enterprise Value Management and Corporate Finance. Being one of the first Revenue Managers on the Polish market (since 2009), he has comprehensive experience in pricing management and efficiency improvement (from conceptualization through implementation to operations). In the course of his career, he has made a significant contribution to the development of best practices relating to the pricing architecture based on shopper and consumer insights, optimization of promotional activities and commercial terms, and his projects have translated into benefits measured in millions of zlotys.
