Unlocking the Workforce Ecosystem

Deloitte 2023 Global Human Capital Trends

Recording from the webinar (4 April 2023)

Organizations increasingly rely on nontraditional workers for skills and activities that are high value and strategically important. Yet, their workforce strategies and practices are still designed for traditional workers. To unlock the full benefits of the entire workforce—which include improved business agility and scalability, expanded access to talent, and improved worker productivity and performance—we need to think of our workforce as an all-inclusive, boundaryless ecosystem, where different types of workers have different needs and make valuable contributions in different ways. This requires workforce strategies, processes, systems, and programs that maximize the unique contributions of different worker types while supporting them all in a more consistent way.

We invite you to join a series of on-line discussions based on findings from the latest Deloitte 2023 Global Human Capital Trends report. Deloitte’s Human Capital experts together with invited guests, CHROs and CEOs, will discuss the most disruptive factors creating human capital trends for 2023 and upcoming years.

During our second discussion panel we will discuss:

  • How should we organize capabilities, teams, and decisions to co-create the new rules of working relationships?
  • How to create an open workforce platform and adopt a workforce ecosystem mindset? What skills and tools we need?
  • What kind of workforce strategies, processes, systems, and programs we need to maximize the unique contributions of different worker types?
  • How to reimagine a workforce to an ecosystem to drive the most value from a shifting talent landscape?
  • How to manage this change and transition to the new ecosystem?
