Ada is a consultant and business analyst in ServiceNow team at Deloitte. She is responsible for process planning and analysis, preparing requirements and communication with client, testing and project management tasks. She has been involved in various projects for international companies including ITSM and CMDB transformations. In addition to client projects, she is involved in the creation of Nadija platform for support management.
