Andrzej Lachowski

Andrzej is the Managing Partner of the Consulting Department in Poland. He implemented projects for the largest international financial institutions in Poland and abroad, including designing and integrating business on the occasion of mergers and acquisitions, optimization of business processes with particular emphasis on credit risk management functions, development of management models for the sales network of banking products, as well as managing the implementation of IT systems supporting operational processes in the banking area.
