Michał is Trainer and Lean-Agile Transformation Consultant. He is an experienced agile practitioner who introduced agile ways of working across banking sector in Eastern Europe, Baltic and Nordic countries. Michal trained hundreds of people (Scrum, Kanban, Certified SAFe courses) and supported dozen of PI Planning events. He specializes in managing complex software development projects & programs and implementing & optimization IT processes with proven records across telecom, airline and financial sectors. His passion is building and coaching high performing teams capable of leading IT transformation with focus on increasing customer satisfaction through maximizing business value.
