Nicholas Coddington

Nicholas Coddington – is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a Partner at Deloitte Legal. Nicholas concentrates on project finance, real estate finance and general syndicated corporate finance in the CEE region, with a main focus on Poland. His experience in Poland and the CEE region to date has been in connection with advising banks and borrowers in relation to project finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and acquisition finance, as well as advising banks and companies on methods of restructuring existing facilities.

He is well versed in the types of lending structures used both in Poland and the CEE region. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, Nicholas worked for a Magic Circle firm in London, and following that he worked for the Warsaw offices of one multinational firm headquartered in London, one Magic Circle firm and one multinational law firm headquartered in New York. Nicholas has also been admitted as a Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.
