Nelson Fontainhas is the leader of the Finance & Performance offering and responsible for the CFO Program at Deloitte Portugal, with more than 24 years of professional experience. He is also the consulting leader for the Life Sciences & Health Care sector and coordinates the Operate with Deloitte initiative for consulting in Portugal.
He has led projects in several areas, including Finance Transformation, M&A, restructuring, cost reduction, Enterprise Performance Management, shared services, robotics, and different types of organizational, financial, operational and digital transformation.
