Paula Mateus

Paula is partner at Deloitte Portugal in the area of Enterprise Applications and leader of Finance Transformation Technology for Portugal. With more than 19 years of experience in consulting, throughout her professional life she has been responsible for the development of solutions in Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence/Analytics and Strategy & Operations, in many initiatives  of transformation, with main focus on Value Solutions/CFO Services, Enterprise Performance Management and in the design and implementation of core and backoffice processes.

Paula has led projects in different areas of main economic national companies. In 1997, she concluded Informatics and Management in Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE).
