Ricardo Reis

Ricardo joined Deloitte in April 1999. He is a Tax Partner and Deloitte Portugal Real Estate sector leader.

Ricardo’s client portfolio includes all areas of asset management, real estate as well as structuring of funds. He has substantial experience in advising private equity and real estate funds and companies on pre- and post-acquisition tax and finance structuring, structured finance and due diligence review work.

He also heads the Global Employer Services (GES) and Private service line, focusing on individual and family tax planning, assisting cross-sector domestic and multinational companies in the tax areas of expat mobility management, compensation and rewards. He also assists high net worth individuals and families in the areas of wealth planning and management, succession, and investment tax structuring.

Ricardo is a regular representative of Deloitte’s Portuguese tax practice in eminence building activities.
