Deloitte earns SuccessFactors HR Excellence Award 2015 in partner of the year category
NEW YORK, Aug 26, 2015 — Deloitte won the HR Excellence Award 2015 in the category Partner of the Year, presented by SuccessFactors, an SAP company and a provider of leading cloud-based solutions for human capital management (HCM).
The award, which follows Deloitte’s win earlier this year of an SAP® North America Partner Excellence Award 2015 for Cloud Services, adds to a growing collection of honors for Deloitte and its global corps of HCM-focused professionals.
SuccessFactors presented Deloitte with the HR Excellence Award 2015–Partner of the Year during SuccessConnect 2015, the annual HR conference hosted by SuccessFactors. It is one of the top HR events of the year, where industry thought leaders, customers, technology partners and solutions experts come together to share experiences, best practices, and new innovations. The conference was held Aug 10-12 at The Venetian/Palazzo Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The HR Excellence Awards are managed through the SuccessFactors Customer Community, with over 36,000 customer and partner participants. Members of the SuccessFactors Customer Community submit nominations and cast votes for all award categories (except for the President’s Award). The award categories are focused on three main areas–business results, adoption and innovation–and highlight how companies are using human capital management solutions to achieve their goals.
The awards received from SAP and SuccessFactors this year help highlight Deloitte’s longstanding commitment to building strong client partnerships that leverage cloud offerings from SAP and SuccessFactors to provide measurable, lasting results.
Deloitte was nominated for the HR Excellence Partner of the Year award based on its work with a semiconductor client that wanted a solid global foundation for integrating disparate records systems covering thousands of employees. Deloitte leaders point to business and industry know-how plus a deep knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions as essential ingredients for rapidly creating a winning solution for the client.
