Smart mobility

Deloitte worked with the region of Lisbon and Cascais to discover unmet needs and develop solutions to the main mobility challenges. Specifically to Lisbon, Deloitte designed the concept of a micro-mobility management platform based on the data shared by the city’s micro-mobility operators.

Cities today are experiencing massive urbanization, rising congestion, uncoordinated innovation, and revenue shortfalls that limit them in addressing their goals for the future of mobility. As such, they need to re-arrange their modal split of passenger transport and organize the concept of micro-mobility management.
