Sérgio Oliveira

Sérgio is a Tax-Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) Partner at Deloitte. He is responsible for Incentives and Investment Consulting area, both in Portugal and Angola, and for a portfolio with over 1500 applications to financial grants (refundable and non-refundable loans), fiscal (income and wealth taxes) and para fiscal (social security), and more than 2.5 billion euros granted in public co-financing.

His professional career started in 1992, at Arthur Andersen and, since 2000, Sérgio is the responsible for the strategic management of Gi3 service line at Deloitte, currently with over 40 professionals at Lisbon, Luanda and Oporto offices, who monitor multiple investment projects developed in Portugal and Angola, by national and international investors.

Sérgio is a graduate in Economics by Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
