Deloitte appoints Bruce Allan to lead real estate valuations in the Middle East

10 September, 2014 – Deloitte Financial Advisory in the Middle East recently announced the appointment of Bruce Allan as Director, effective September 1st, to lead real estate valuations.

Based in Dubai, Bruce brings over 25 years of experience with a wide range of specialist valuation skills, with particular strengths in healthcare, education, logistics and development appraisals focusing. 

Deloitte Financial Advisory has a long history in the region serving international and local clients in driving valuation standards. Allan’s appointment follows the UAE’s introduction in April this year of the Valuer Registration (“VR”), a new regulation implemented in conjunction with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for their members to support the Government in their drive for a transparent and sustainable property market through the adoption of international standards and best practice.
