Deloitte boosts its real estate advisory team with a seasoned Middle East expert

22 September, 2014 – Deloitte Financial Advisory in the Middle East has appointed Nick Witty as Real Estate Advisory Director. Based in Qatar, Nick is returning to the region after a brief spell in the UK and will be leading real estate advisory by assisting clients to identify, appraise, value, fund and deliver real estate projects, with specific focus across the markets in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. He will build on successful Deloitte real estate advisory work in the wider GCC.

Having over 26 years real estate experience across a diverse range of disciplines including Agency, Facilities/Property Management, Investment and Valuation, Nick has spent almost half of his professional working life in the Middle East, based initially in Jeddah and then more latterly Doha.

He will be connecting with long established clients and working with Deloitte offices across the MENA region, in order to deliver the complete spectrum of real estate services required by clients.
