How you should demonstrate these attributes

Our application process
The application process at Monitor Deloitte consists of three stages. If you are interested in joining us, please submit your CV and a cover letter at our careers website. For all other inquiries, feel free to email us at hrconsulting@deloitte.com. We will reply to you as soon as possible

Our interview stages
The first round consists of a case interview followed by a fit discussion with one of our team members. In the case interview, we assess your analytical skills, your ability to easily compute numbers and your structured approach to complex issues. You will be handed a written case study for which you will have 30 minutes to prepare. The interviewer will then meet you and go through the case with you. The idea is to walk the interviewer through your approach to solving the different questions assigned to the case.
We recommend our sample case study to prepare for the case interview. A fit discussion follows the case interview. Here, the goal is for the interviewer to get to know you better, learning more about your previous academic and professional experiences, your career expectations and your motivation to join our team. You will also have the chance to ask any questions you might have and learn more about Monitor Deloitte and our team.
The final round consists of a group interview followed by an individual interview. During the group interview, you and other candidates are handed the same case study and given 30 minutes to read the case and answer your assigned question. Collectively, you will then present your analysis to the interviewer panel. In this stage, we assess your ability to solve problems in a team setting. Lastly, you will meet with one of the panel interviewers for a final individual interview. This will consist of working through a brief case study together followed by a final discussion.
