Country-by-Country Reporting schema update in KSA

In May 2020, the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has released the second edition of the Transfer Pricing guidelines which include a comprehensive step-by-step practical guidance around registration, notification and submission of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR ) on the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) portal.

UAE MoF issues new CbCR compliance requirements for MNE groups

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Finance (MoF) has issued Cabinet Resolution No. 44 of 2020 on ‘Organizing Reports Submitted by Multinational Companies’, replacing the existing resolution No. 32 of 2019 on the implementation of Country-by-Country reporting. The new resolution sets out Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) obligations for multinational entity groups (MNE groups) headquartered and/or operating in the UAE.
