Kauthar is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Middle East and oversees our Reward Advisory practice across the GCC. With experience across the Middle East and UK, she specializes in advising clients on strategic reward matters including remuneration policy development, incentive plan design and funding considerations, and regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Recent experience includes advising on the design of cash- and stock-based long-term incentive plans for clients across the GCC for both listed and private companies, family offices and private equity firms as well as transaction-linked plans in the run up to IPO or M&A activity.
Kauthar is also an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
