Deloitte Romania is taking the New Fiscal Code to the heart of the business
Bucharest, 15 September 2015 – With the new Fiscal Code effective January 1, 2016, Deloitte Romania organizes a series of interactive events and seminars meant to support the local business communities under the name „Noul Cod Fiscal. Noul Cod de Procedură Fiscală. Pe locuri. Fiţi gata. Start!” ("The New Fiscal Code. The New Fiscal Procedural Code. Ready, steady, go!"). Entrepreneurs and representatives of the business environment have now the opportunity to benefit directly from the expertise of Deloitte’s consultants and understand better the impact of the new fiscal regulations on their business.
"The new Fiscal Code is bringing important changes in all areas of taxation and its entering into effect on 1 January 2016 will be a challenge for the entire business community. Romanian companies need to be supported in order to understand correctly its impact on their activities and that is why we are meeting them right in the heart of their businesses," said Dan Badin, Partner-in-Charge Deloitte Romania.
The series of events will take place in the main cities of Romania including Cluj-Napoca, Oradea, Timișoara, Sibiu, Brașov, Iași and Constanța. Topics subject will include changes regarding the corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, personal income tax and social contributions, tax on the income of micro companies, local taxes or excises, applicable starting 1st of January 2016.
