Deloitte CFO Summit 2025

Deloitte Romania invites you to watch the sixth edition of the CFO Summit, the annual conference dedicated to CFOs, organized in partnership with Ziarul Financiar. This year's event will focus on companies' expectations for 2025, as well as the role of the CFO in sustainability and in non-financial reporting.

During the videoconference, we will announce, the results of the CFO Survey Romania, conducted by Deloitte among almost 130 CFOs in the country, which analyzes their perception of macroeconomic and business environment developments, their strategic priorities for this year, the changes in the CFO’s role in the context of the new types of risks and opportunities for companies, as well as in the context of new non-financial reporting requirements.

• What do CFOs expect regarding macroeconomic developments in 2025? And about the evolution of companies?
• What are the companies’ priorities for this year? What about the main risk factors?
• How is the CFO’s role changing? What new responsibilities does a CFO have?
• What role does the CFO play in sustainability and in reporting according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)?

The CFOs of leading companies in Romania will address these topics together with the special guest of the conference, Dr. Alexander Boersch, Chief Economist and Head of the Research Division, Deloitte Germany, with Deloitte consultants and with Cristian Hostiuc, Editorial Director of Ziarul Financiar.
