Roswitha Roesler

Senior Team Leader, Germany

Before joining the RADC in September 2020, I was working in the Frankfurt Office in Germany in audit for over 18 years.
Already in the first weeks I got a deep insight into the work and processes in the RADC as well as the planned projects. This is especially due to the good exchange with my team leaders and team members but also with the senior team leaders of the other member firms.
I am looking forward to exciting challenges and new tasks in an international environment and an interesting time at the RADC, especially on the development and expansion of our services for the Member Firms.

Vinod Ganwani

Senior Team Leader, Canada, Cyprus, Spain, Middle East

Looking back at 2017 when I first joined the Delivery Centers to set up the maiden team for the Middle East servicing just one country then; facing countless challenges both Onshore (Behavioral change, Demand growth, Technology adoption, and most importantly building the “trust” to send work offshore), and at the center (attaining and retaining the right talent, steadily embracing the language and cultural differences, and striving to consistently maintain the quality on all deliverables), we now have grown into numerous teams of dynamic people and personalities attending up to seven countries in the Middle East (and counting...), with our very first hires still part of the team proving that we can overcome any amount of challenges if we steer our path with teamwork, commitment, right values, and mindset.

With a combined experience of 10 years managing Audits and Delivery Centers, I am currently stationed full time out of the Global Center in Bucharest to lead the DME (Deloitte Middle East and Cyprus) RADC teams which certainly is a very unique opportunity that allows my role to be quite versatile. Alongside sustainability and expansion of our operations, I represent and bring together a network of people to participate and lead across upcoming global transformation projects.

Catalina Suciu

Recruitment, Attraction and Engagement Lead

The moment I have joined Deloitte Regional Audit Delivery Center, the Team was less than 10 people and since that moment up to now, RADC has become my Family. Now I am coordinating the Recruitment Team and also matters regarding Employer Branding, Retention and Employees Relations. I believe there is nothing that we cannot do when working together and supporting each other. Whenever you can my advice would be to be curious to one another, share a nice word or a smile. This is the culture we are all building in Deloitte!

The Socializer

The Socializer is an internal organization that serves a bigger purpose. On the one hand, we organize all kinds of fun events that are applicable to all team members, so that we can further team collaboration, and on the other hand, we enable community projects which our colleagues hold dear to their hearts.

Making an impact that matters is not only a catchy phrase that we use. Rather, we're actively looking for ways in which to make a defined impact, to leave a substantial mark, and see projects that generate societal change through to their implementation.

The Socializer is our take on making such an impact, our way of bringing together ideas and laying them out in a more concrete, applicable manner.

We are encouraging our colleagues to be the initiators of change. Everyone is invited to join The Socializer, which will facilitate their ideas to take shape, while also overseeing other initiatives

The Socializer activities will materialize in the form of group projects through which our colleagues can rely on the help of other people with the same social motives. They can also take advantage of the cross-teams collaboration, and form meaningful connections with people they haven't seen on a daily basis, while also enabling interaction with RADC senior management, who overview the projects.
