We prepared a series of 8 career orientation experiences (7 workshops and a Job Shadowing Day) that will help you discover your inner strengths and become better at applying to a job (and winning it!).
You will also find out what working as an auditor at our Regional Audit Delivery Center in Bucharest looks like. If you will discover an auditor within you and you will like our fun & fresh team, you will have the option to apply to a junior auditor job at the end of the experience.
Audit Student Hub at RADC | Deloitte will take place across 3 weeks in April 2021 (calendar below).

At the end of Audit Student Hub at RADC | Deloitte, you will have the chance to stay with us a little longer. Those who discover they like what we do and have business chemistry with our team will be offered a position within the organization as Junior Auditors for various foreign teams.
Thus, you will not only grasp what working in audit means, but you will also get to better know another side of you, the one that works, makes jokes and bounds relationships in a foreign language.
You will be working as part of an international team, offering support to our colleagues across Europe, while also speaking their language. If you are proficient in English, French, German, Spanish or Italian you have a great shot of earning a place in one of our teams.
