June 2020 World Economic Outlook report is published 

The June 2020 World Economic Outlook report has been recently published, offering an overall view upon the global economy following the COVID-19 pandemic.

As stated within the report, the pandemic has had a more negative impact upon the activity in the first half of 2020 and the recovery is projected to be more gradual than previously forecasted. Consumption is expected to strengthen gradually during the next year and investment is also expected to firm up, still remaining subdued.
