I. Finance and reporting

We believe that understanding and seeking to improve our client’s core business are key to an effective outsourcing solution. We manage the accounting processes efficiently by providing timely and accurate information and analysis critical to strategic decision-making. Our offer includes:

  • Accounting - Monthly Management Accounting and Regulatory Reporting, Bookkeeping & Accounts reconciliation;
  • Treasury and Cash Management;
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts receivable: Receive invoices, Preparation of payment orders, Payment processing, Issue the invoice and send it to the customer, Monitor payments;
  • End-of-month closing, preparation of annual and interim financial statements: Reconciliations, investigation and control of material discrepancies, Communication with the regulator, lawyers, financial auditors, and other authorities to ensure compliance;
  • Set-up of the accounting department: Set-up of the chart of accounts in accordance with IFRS, Preparation, and implementation of the accounting policies.
II. Financial risk management

In the current volatile business environment, effective and efficient day-to-day risk management is critical to the organization’s people, processes, and long-term viability. Our risk management outsourcing professionals have the experience and expertise required and the necessary IT tools to help financial institutions streamline risk management activities. Deloitte will assist the organization’s senior management team with determining the current and desired future state of its risk management function and the roles to be assigned to its risk management department.

  • Credit risk: IFRS 9 provisions computation, Credit scoring, Risk parameters development, calibration and/or validation, Loan portfolio monitoring, Macro-modelling, and stress testing;
  • Market, Liquidity & Operational risk: Effectively manage bank account structure, fees, and relationships, provide daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity reporting on agreed intervals, Confirm, initiate, and reconcile trade settlement activities, Maintenance of the operational risk database, Perform annual RCSA exercise, LCR/NSFR calculation;
  • Supervisory reporting: ICAAP/ILAAP/Recovery plan periodical preparation, Annual stress testing exercise, Monitoring of the risk profile, risk appetite and management reporting and follow-ups, ECB and/or local NCA requests, Capital adequacy reporting and calculation as per Basel III.
III. Internal audit and compliance

We are adaptable to our client’s environments and constraints and work closely with them. We ensure qualitative outcomes, as we perform our internal audit work according to the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or any applicable equivalent international standards.

  • Internal audit function review and enhancement: Measurement of internal audit quality benchmark and transformation;
  • Strategic audit plan development: Risk-driven plans to reach specific management or board objectives using a prioritized risk universe;
  • KYC/AML: Prospecting, Onboarding, Monitoring (Client and Transactions Monitoring) and Remediation, risk assessment, and the evaluation of high-risk countries and sensitive industries;
  • Training, methodologies, and tools: Latest trends and guidelines for both staff and management/audit, Perform annual training for staff & management;

IV. Back-office operations

  • Update of the client/facilities data/status in the system for corporate clients and individuals, based on contractual agreements, Registry of Commerce data, etc.;
  • Monitoring of collection volumes, implementation/ modification of collection strategies as requested by Business departments, and all activities related to collection database and related IT processes;
  • Claims/complaints handling;
  • Sending notifications to clients;
  • Verification of collections allocation at the client/facility level;
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc operational reports for Management and Business Departments;
