Catalin Chibzui

Cătălin is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of Reff & Associates team since 2014. He is specialized in white-collar crime, assisting and representing the clients in various criminal procedures, both in the criminal investigation and in the trial phase, involving various offenses (tax evasion, money laundering, embezzlement, abuse of office, frauds with European funds, fraudulent bankruptcy, abuse, dereliction of duty etc.). He also assisted the clients in identification and risk mitigation criminal procedures with impact on their activity and drafted legal opinions on the consequences of court proceedings against clients focusing on the impact of their activity caused by the initiation of criminal investigation, indictment or possible conviction.
