Maria is a Director and Leader of the Deloitte Business Process Solutions practice in Romania with over 15 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and tax compliance services. She has been involved in various projects related to outsourcing accounting and payroll functions, implementation of ERP, strategic planning, project management, and assistance during tax inspections.

Maria's responsibilities include accounting, tax, and payroll outsourcing for different clients, preparation of financial accounting, payroll compliance, support for financial statement preparation, group reporting, conversion from IFRS to local GAAP, project management for year-end processes, reporting packages preparation, consulting projects on process improvement, ERP implementation assistance, interdepartmental coordination, and customization of balance sheet structures.

Additionally, she focuses on the automation of month-end and year-end closing reports, as well as on the other digitization process within Finance and HR areas.
