Stefan is an independent attorney at law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Deloitte.
He practices in all areas of commercial law involving both foreign and domestic entities, such as multi-national manufacturers, banks, investment funds, real estate developers, industries, trading companies, institutions, etc. establishing or developing their business presence in Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
His areas of expertise include project financing, banking operations, NPL/PL transaction, real estate development, major infrastructure transactions, FX transactions and the insurance business.
Stefan has graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He has passed the Serbian bar exam.
