Stefan’s has over 15 years of experience helping organizations become tech-enabled and insights-driven. He specializes in strategic uses of technology, data, and the application of advanced analytics and AI capabilities to improve outcomes of critical strategic and operational decisions, helping organizations reduce cost, mitigate risk, and improve business performance by combining principles of strategy, data management, data and decision science, and organizational and process design.
