Capitalising on the New Global Economic Reality
This June, we are happy to be at SPIEF as a Business Programme Partner, taking part in the forum for the 9th consecutive year. The event will take place on 16 –18 June in St. Petersburg, at the ExpoForumConvention and Exhibition Centre, under the theme “Capitalising on the New Global Economic Reality”.
SPIEF is the best platform to build our relationships with clients and targets, increase the visibility of our CIS firm on the market and raise our profile among both the Russian and global business communities. The meeting and conversations that take place during the Forum often result in the solid business opportunities.
Our delegation is made up of 8 members, including Global Oil & Gas Leader Anton Botes, Chief Economist at Deloitte China Xu Sitao, CIS CEO Ian Colebourne, CIS Government Relations Leader Gennady Kamyshnikov, CIS Clients & Markets Leader Sergei Neklyudov, CIS Oil & Gas Leader Elena Lazko, CIS Consulting Leader Anastasia Osipova and Head of the CIS department at Deloitte China Alexander Krylov.
There will be also two one-day participants: CIS Business Development Leader Joe Pacelli and Financial Advisory Partner Artem Samsonov.
This year, as usual, our partners and international guests will participate in the panel sessions along with Deputy Prime Ministers, Heads of various Ministries and governmental bodies, and Executives from various leading Russian and international companies.
Xu Sitao will be moderating panel session “The Transformation of the Chinese Economic Model”. Anton Botes will speak at the panel session “Adjusting business strategies to address climate change”and Ian Colebourne will present his views at the panel session “In search of best practices in state management” as well as Elena Lazko will be a speaker at the round table “Strategies in resources saving: state and business interaction” and at the panel session “Boosting the bottom line with clean tech”.
Every year, SPIEF attracts the leading decision-makers of the emerging markets to identify and discuss the key challenges that Russia, emerging markets, and the world are currently facing. Over the past decade, the Forum became one of the leading global business networks.
