Deloitte is your beacon in business

This June, we are pleased to be attending SPIEF as a Business Programme Partner, taking part in the forum for the tenth consecutive year. The event will take place on 1–3 June in St. Petersburg at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre, with the theme “Achieving a new balance in the Global Economic Arena”.

SPIEF is the best platform to build relationships with clients and targets, increase the visibility of our CIS firm on the market, and raise our profile among the Russian and global business communities. The meetings and conversations that take place during the Forum often result in solid business opportunities.

Our delegation is made up of seven members, including the Head of Engineering at Deloitte Digital UK, Michael Robinson, Chief Economist at Deloitte China, Xu Sitao, Deloitte CIS CEO, Ian Colebourne, CIS Government Relations Leader, Gennady Kamyshnikov, CIS Clients & Markets Leader, Sergei Neklyudov, CIS Consulting Leader, Anastasia Osipova, and Audit & Assurance CIS Partner, Andrei Shvetsov.

There will also be several participants: Global Leader of Deloitte Sustainability Services, Eric Dugelay, Deloitte CIS Business Development Leader, Joe Pacelli, Financial Advisory Partner, Artem Samsonov, Digital Business & Innovation Partner, Ilya Etko, Deloitte CIS Research Centre Leader, Lora Zemlyanskaya, and Consulting Director, Igor Lyapin.

Eric Dugelay will take part in the session entitled “Reconciling Growth and Security Strategies for the Global Economy”. Michael Robinson will speak at the session entitled “The Retail Realities of Augmented Reality”. Xu Sitao will share the insight at the discussion entitled “Globalization Revisited: is Every Country on Its Own Now?” He will also be a front row participant at the discussion entitled “BRICS: Boosting Economic Cooperation”.

This year as usual, our partners and international guests will participate in the panel sessions along with Deputy Prime Ministers, heads of various ministries and governmental bodies, and executives from various leading Russian and international companies.


Every year, SPIEF attracts the leading decision-makers of the emerging markets to identify and discuss the key challenges that Russia, emerging markets, and the world are currently facing. Over the past decade, the Forum became one of the leading global business networks.
