Deloitte CIS announces new appointments and service line
Moscow | 23 October 2017 Deloitte CIS has announced that partner Svetlana Meyer assumes leadership of Tax & Legal while retaining her role as Talent leader. Grigory Pavlotsky steps down from his leadership of the Tax & Legal practice to focus on development of the new growing strategic projects.

Grigory first joined Deloitte in New York. He has led advisory and due diligence engagements, with a primary focus on multinational companies. Grigory led Tax & Legal at Deloitte in Ukraine before being appointed to lead the CIS Tax & Legal practice. He holds Master’s degrees in finance and accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
During nearly 20 years in professional services, Svetlana has both participated in and led engagements focused on designing individual ownership and investment structures, implementing long-term incentive plans and preparing tax reports. She has also specialised in assisting family offices with tax planning, succession and charity issues. Svetlana is a WorldatWork Global Remuneration Professional (2007).
