Moscow, 19 May 2017 – ZAO Deloitte & Touche CIS (“Deloitte”) is aware that the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (the “FAS”) published on its website information concerning the initiation of administrative proceedings against Deloitte.
The FAS had requested documents from Deloitte related to its role in providing legal assistance to a company, which is a defendant in an antimonopoly case conducted by the FAS. Deloitte has not provided these documents.
Deloitte believes that it is acting in compliance with the law and is prepared to defend its interests as well as the interests of its clients.
