Sweeping global forces are reshaping the workplace, workforce and work itself. To help organizations and their leaders understand these changes, Deloitte presents the 2016 Global Human Capital Trends report.

The research described in the report involved surveys and interviews with more than 7,000 HR and business leaders from 130 countries. The survey asked respondents to assess the importance of specific talent challenges facing their organization.

From this research emerged 10 trends in organization design and culture; in learning, leadership, and workforce management; and within the HR function itself.
