Violeta is leading Media & Advertising Risk Services at Deloitte’s CIS Risk Advisory, Operational Risk.
She has six years of experience in media consulting and over 20 years of leadership experience in largest media companies.
Violeta is responsible for media management and consulting across offline and online channels, as well as for identification and qualitative assessment of media investment risks. She leads projects of clients’ media effectiveness evaluation by cost and quality, including benchmarking against a pool in online/offline media. Violeta has great experience in pitch consulting helping clients to manage complex processes and select the most reliable partners.
Over the years, Violeta worked with companies from various industries, including FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, financial sector. She is familiar with business practices in large international holdings as well as in local companies. Violeta is a regular speaker on media effectiveness topics at industry events.
