Our impacts

Our purpose, to make an impact that matters, is the notion that the world would have looked a little bit - or a lot - different if we had not existed. Our biggest and foremost impact derives from the role we play in business life, by providing trust and value adding advice through all stages of the company life cycle.

Fiscal year 2018 brought us to new levels in the age of Industry 4.0, including Robotics and AI. We have initiated several projects in order to serve our clients with applications based on these technologies. Innovation and disruption is at the top of everyone’s agenda. Including ours.

But we also strive to create impact by developing and training our people. With most of our practitioners joining us as graduates, Deloitte provides a stepping-stone to a prosperous career. Deloitte Sweden hired 319 new employees during 2018 and we will train them according to our strong beliefs in skills, client focus and business and work ethics.

We engage in society, through a number of financial contributions and partnerships with NGO’s, for example through our yearly Impact Day. We also participate in Almedalen business and politics week, highlighting topics where business and society meet, such as competitiveness, sustainability and the future of banking.

To conclude we are confident that the impact we make, does matter, for our clients, our people and for society.
