Dr Geraldine Wong
Group Chief Data Officer, GXS Bank
Dr Geraldine Wong is Group Chief Data Officer at GXS Bank, one of the two successful applicants of Singapore’s Digital Full Bank License.
At GXS, Dr Wong is responsible for driving and building the bank’s AI and data strategy with the goal of leveraging ecosystem data assets, promoting data-driven financial inclusion and reimagining the way customers engage and experience the digital economy. Her career spans across industry and academia, where she has led teams in developing and executing regional AI initiatives across the public, transport and info-communications sectors.
Dr Wong was named in the SG100 Women in Tech list by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) (2021) in recognition of her contributions to Singapore’s technology industry. For her achievements in data analytics, she was recently named one of the global top 100 Innovators in Data and Analytics by Business of Data in 2022.
She is currently a member of the Tech Advisory Committee of Synapxe, HealthTech Agency of Singapore and an Adjunct Associate Professor at NUS Faculty of Science. Dr Wong is passionate in nurturing the next generation of data and tech leaders and is active mentor for Girls in Tech and an ExCo member of the Free and Open source software group at the Singapore Computer Society.
Dr Wong holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Adelaide in Australia, where her research focused on climate change and the prediction of global extreme climate events.

Er. Edwin Khew Teck Fook

Er. Edwin T.F. Khew is a former Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP), Singapore and currently the Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), the President of the Plastic Recycling Association, Singapore (PRAS), Chairman of the SEAS Solar Consortia, the Immediate Past Chairman of the Singapore Standards Council, Emeritus President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), a Supervisory Board Member of Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), a Board member of the Action Community for Entrepreneurs (ACE),and former Board member of the Professional Engineers’ Board (PEB) Singapore. Er. Khew represents SEAS on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Energy for All Partnership’s (E4ALL) Steering Committee as its Co-Chair and Chairman of its Enterprise Development Working Group.
Er Khew has an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore, a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, is a Honorary Fellow and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore, a Fellow and Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Chemical Engineers (UK), a professional engineer of the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, a Chartered Professional Engineers of Engineers Australia, and a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Engineers.
Er. Khew was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore during Singapore’s National Day in 2014, was awarded the University of Qld International Alumnus of the Year in 2011 and awarded the Honorary Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore in November 2021.

Prof. Simon Chesterman
David Marshall Professor and Vice Provost (Educational Innovation), National University of Singapore
Professor Chesterman is David Marshall Professor and Vice Provost (Educational Innovation) at the National University of Singapore, where he is also the founding Dean of NUS College. He serves as Senior Director of AI Governance at AI Singapore and Editor of the Asian Journal of International Law. Previously, he was Dean of NUS Law from 2012 to 2022 and Co‐President of the Law Schools Global League from 2021 to 2023.
Educated in Melbourne, Beijing, Amsterdam, and Oxford, Professor Chesterman’s teaching experience includes periods at the Universities of Melbourne, Oxford, Southampton, Columbia, and Sciences Po. From 2006‐2011, he was Global Professor and Director of the NewYork University School of Law Singapore Programme. Prior to joining NYU, he was a Senior Associate at the International Peace Academy and Director of UN Relations at the International Crisis Group in New York.
Professor Chesterman is the author or editor of more than twenty books, including We, theRobots? Regulating Artificial Intelligence and the Limits of the Law (CUP, 2021) and OneNation Under Surveillance (OUP, 2011). He also writes on legal education and highereducation more generally, and is the author of five novels including the Raising Arcadia.

Michelle Khoo
Center Leader, Deloitte's Center for the Edge Southeast Asia
Michelle Khoo is the Center Leader for Deloitte’s Center for the Edge Southeast Asia.
At the Center, she explores the edges of business, technology and society, develops insights on how these edges will change the world, and helps leaders to personally experience disruptive technologies and chart pathways into the future. Michelle was the lead author for Deloitte’s recent report on The Metaverse in Asia: Strategies for Accelerating Economic Impact and Being human in a digital world: Questions to guide the internet’s evolution.
Prior to Deloitte, Michelle was a policymaker with the Ministry of Finance and her early career was as an investment banker in Goldman Sachs Hong Kong and Singapore.

Sze-Meng Soon
Chief Executive Officer, GoNetZero™
Sze-Meng is responsible for the operations, strategic direction and growth of the company’s carbon management business, GoNetZero™.
He brings with him over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles and board experiences in consulting, e-commerce, payments and technology across China, Southeast Asia and the United States. In one of his previous roles, he was President, Southeast Asia of JD.com, a listed e-commerce company. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustee of Singapore Institute of Technology.
Sze-Meng holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Ulrike Wieduwilt
Managing Director, Russell Reynold Associates
Ulrike Wieduwilt conducts senior-level assignments for clients in the fast moving consumer goods industry and in trade/retail. Based in Singapore, Ulrike oversees operations in South East Asia for Russell Reynolds Associates. She has completed numerous high-profile searches for board members and CEOs for companies globally, particularly across Europe and Asia.
Recent assignments including recruiting a German country manager for a global food and drink companies, and the continued managed of a global skin care and health goods companies. In 2015 and 2016, Ulrike was based in Shanghai where she conducted searches for Chinese multinational companies. Ulrike has conducted executive searches as part of our firm since 1999. She joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Eugen Block AG where she was Managing Director of Marketing and Sales.
Previously, she spent 10 years with Mars Inc. at Effem GmbH, a maker of pet food, plant care products and other food productions. That includes time as an account manager for several large German consumer trade chains such as Tengelmann, Schlecker and Lidl. Ulrike is also a member of the Board of Directors at the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
Ulrike received her degree in economics from the University of Hamburg. In addition, she gained international working experience by doing a number of internships in France, Italy, and the U.S..
She is fluent in German and English and speaks some Chinese.
