While much progress has been made over the past years in improving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), when it comes to the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) sectors, women still face persistent challenges.
Join us at our upcoming WiS Network meet-up, as we delve into the experiences women in STEM roles face at the workplace, the ways in which aspects of their lives outside of work can impact these experiences, and workplace and societal challenges impacting women’s careers in STEM.
We will also explore the changing employee landscape and how organisations can improve the “leaky pipeline” of women in STEM.
This event is open to women C-suite leaders in STEM fields as well as women leaders who are keen to elevate allyship for women in STEM.
