Deloitte announces 41 new partners in Southeast Asia
- 2022 sees the largest ever intake of new partners in Deloitte Southeast Asia’s history.
- 34% of new partners are women and the number of women promoted to partners grew by 15% from last year and by 67% from 2020.
- Overall women now make up a third of all partners in Southeast Asia.
SINGAPORE, 8 June 2022 – Deloitte announced 41 new partners in Southeast Asia, including 39 equity partners and two partner equivalents, effective 1 June 2022. This marks the largest ever promotion of partners by Deloitte Southeast Asia.
Among the newly promoted partners, 34% are women and the number of women promoted to partners has increased by 15% from last year and by 67% from 2020 as Deloitte aims to increase the percentage of women partners in Southeast Asia to 37% by 2025. The promoted partners represent the firm’s core sectors across the region comprising 12 in Audit & Assurance, four in Consulting, six in Financial Advisory, four in Risk Advisory, 12 in Tax & Legal, one in Reputation & Risk and two in Clients & Markets.
